Advertising Terms & Conditions
- 1 Month’s prepayment plus any production fees will be due within 7 days of booking, any balance will be invoiced monthly on broadcast. Late payments may result in cancellation of broadcast.
- 10% discount for Full Prepayment of Schedules running beyond one month.
- Introductory Rates/Discounts are subject to completion of stated agreement in full.
- Cancellation for any reason in full or part will incur a fee of 30% of outstanding balance unless it’s deferred to a date within 3 months of original scheduled date.
- Late client delivery of materials past due date or missed/cancelled sponsored interviews slots will be rescheduled at the discretion of Noosa.Radio where possible, but may result in a shortened campaign and lower frequency of plays without any rebate.
- Noosa.Radio reserves the right to reject any material or cancel an advertising/promotions/sponsored interviews for any reason in which case a full refund will be offered.
- Broadcasting times of sponsored programs, interviews, advertising and promotions or designated presenters may be subject to change.
- Any original sponsored content including live reads, interviews or in-house produced client promotions transmitted by Noosa.Radio through its steaming services remains the copyrighted material of Sunshine Media Pty Ltd.
- All supplied promotional materials and sponsored interviews for transmission must comply with the Broadcast Services Act 1992, ACMA regulations, music licensing permissions and current Australian media law.
